Christmas Tree Festival at Cudham Church

Our Christmas Tree Festivals over several years have been enjoyed by many people both exhibitors and visitors alike.  Our 2018 Christmas Tree Festival from 1st to 9th December was again a success with entry numbers at 28, an increase on 2017.  Many people enjoyed seeing the displays in our beautiful 11th century church and we received many favourable and appreciative comments.  We give special thanks to all the local residents, clubs, businesses and church members and pupils of Cudham Primary School who entered trees or displays - their creativity was amazing and the church looked wonderful especially when candlelit.  Our grateful thanks also go to those who helped set up the Festival, helped with stewarding or in any other way to enable the Festival to take place.

We also held a united Christingle Service on Sunday 2nd December which was very well attended and enjoyed by everyone.  We supported the work of The Children's Society a national charity helping vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people.  Photographs are courtesy and © of Enid Avery.

Our third Festival held from Friday 24th November to Sunday 3rd December 2017 was just as exciting with some brilliant displays on show and visitor numbers were up from 2016.  Our local Cudham Primary School entered over 60 trees! which were all fantastic and can be seen in the photographs, along with other creative displays from local residents, businesses and church members.
