CHRISTIAN MEDITATION, ST MARY's, DOWNE. Thank you to all those who join us and our next meditation will take place on 1st August 2024 beginning at 10am in St Mary's Church (1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month for about 45 minutes.) We look forward to seeing you. We encourage you also to wear a face covering if you feel it necessary to do so.
We follow the method taught by John Main, an English Benedictine monk.
